Industrial extraction & processing equipment

Automated extraction and processing systems, engineered and built in Michigan.

MACH Technologies designs, fabricates, assembles and tests turnkey botanical and biomass processing equipment — PLC-controlled, Class I Division 1/2 compliant, and supported for the life of the system.

EES-X / Turnkey ethanol extraction system MACH Technologies EES-X turnkey ethanol extraction system: a stainless-steel process skid with a jacketed extraction vessel, filtration basket and touchscreen operator interface.
  • Single HMI · recipe-driven PLC
Chilling, extraction, recirculation, particle filtration, solvent recovery and decarboxylation — controlled from one operator interface.

Building a facility and not sure where to start?

Bring us the room and the output target. MACH’s engineering team specifies the equipment, designs the process flow, works through room classification and the compliance documentation, then builds and installs the systems that go in it.

Talk to our engineering team
  • GMP & EU GMP

Systems engineered for GMP and EU GMP environments, with the documentation package that has to accompany them.

  • Complete lab design & buildout

Process flow, room classification, utilities and equipment specified as one engineered package rather than assembled from parts.

  • Equipment selection

No equipment list yet? Our engineers specify the line around your throughput target, solvent and room classification.

Built to code, and documented

  • UL 508A listed industrial control panels
  • ASME code-stamped pressure vessels
  • CE marked
  • IECEx certified

Designed, fabricated, assembled and tested in our vertically integrated Michigan facility. Systems engineered for Class I Division 1 and Division 2 environments.

Equipment categories

Five system families, one engineering team

Stand-alone units or complete integrated lines. Every system is specified around your throughput target, your solvent, and the classification of the room it will stand in.

  • EES-X-1800 turnkey automated ethanol extraction system

    EES Series

    Automated ethanol extraction

A complete cold-ethanol line — chilling, extraction, recirculation, particle filtration, solvent recovery with automated discharge, and decarboxylation — under one recipe-driven control system.

    • EES-X-240 to EES-X-3600
    • 10–20 min batch cycle
    • Single operator interface
  • MACH Technologies AHES-80 automated hydrocarbon extraction system: a stainless-steel skid with a recipe control panel, jacketed vessel and column bank on a railed access platform

    AHES / MHES Series

    Hydrocarbon extraction

Closed-loop butane and propane systems with precise temperature and pressure control and integrated safety interlocks. Fully automated (AHES) or operator-driven (MHES), on the same mechanical platform.

    • AHES-5 · AHES-40 · AHES-80 · AHES-120
    • 5–120 lb per batch
    • Class I Division 1 design
  • WFDS-2S dual-stage wiped film distillation system

    WFDS Series

    Wiped-film distillation

Single- and dual-stage wiped-film distillation with vacuum protection, precision gear pumps and touchscreen control. Dual cold traps protect vacuum depth; the quick-lift evaporator keeps cleaning off the critical path.

    • WFDS-1S · WFDS-2S
    • 0.15–0.60 m² surface area
    • Remote diagnostics module
  • TES-20 thermal extraction and solvent recovery system

    TES Series

    Thermal extraction

Stainless-steel thermal extraction with precision temperature control and a full touchscreen interface. Non-rated equipment, so the room it stands in needs no special environmental classification.

    • TES-5 · TES-20
    • Up to 20 lb · 2–6 hr cycle
    • Non-rated equipment
  • MACH Technologies M-Series modular units: solvent chilling, centrifuge extraction and solvent recovery

    M-Series

Modular units, bought one at a time

Individual pieces of the ethanol line — solvent chilling, centrifuge extraction, automated solvent recovery and decarboxylation — specified separately, so a facility can scale into automation rather than buy all of it at once.

    • MST/MDT · CES · ASR · DS
    • 50–135 GPH chilling · 20–90 GPH recovery
    • 2–55 lb per centrifuge batch

Why MACH

A manufacturer, not a reseller

  • Engineering expertise

Mechanical, chemical, electrical and process engineers in one team, with 40+ years of combined chemical, mechanical and controls experience behind the control system alone.

  • Commercial-scale systems

A product ladder that runs from a single modular unit to a fully automated turnkey line, so the first system you buy does not have to be the last one you can use.

  • Manufacturing quality

Vertically integrated in Michigan. We design, fabricate, assemble and test every system under one roof, which is why quality is a process control rather than a supplier promise.

  • Customization

Systems are specified against your throughput, solvent and room classification — including complete facility design where the process flow has to be engineered around the building.

  • Support & service

24/7 remote technical support through an onboard connection, global service coverage, and a dedicated spare-parts team that stocks for same-day shipment.

  • Built in the USA

Every system is manufactured, assembled and tested in our Michigan facility, and installed across the United States and internationally.

How a system gets built

From production target to running line

  1. 01

    Discovery & goal setting

We define the short-term production target and the long-term scalability need before any equipment is named.

  2. 02

    Process design

A tailored process flow engineered around your output goal, with Class I Division 1/2 compliance and automation designed in from the start.

  3. 03

    Equipment specification

Every unit selected for performance, scalability and ease of use — extraction, distillation, separation and post-processing as one integrated specification.

  4. 04

    In-house manufacture & QC

Fabricated, assembled and tested in our Michigan facility, so the system is proven before it ships.

  5. 05

    On-site installation

MACH technicians work alongside your team and contractors on site prep and system installation.

  6. 06

    Startup & operator training

Operation and safety, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and process optimization — delivered to your operators, not just documented.

  7. 07

    Long-term support

24/7 remote technical support, global service access and fast-shipping spare parts for the life of the system.
